Donald Trump takes the White House, Republicans take the Senate, and RFK Jr. takes the fluoride out of our water the first moment he can. Introducing Do Something! Get Out And Vote! from What A Day.
Follow the show: What A Day
Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump spent their Thursdays courting voters in the Southwest. Trump started his day in New Mexico, a state that Democrats are expected to easily win, before heading to events in Nevada and Arizona. Harris also spent her day in the two Western swing states, wrapping up the night at a rally with pop megastar Jennifer Lopez. With just four days left until Election Day, Alex Wagner of MSNBC's ‘Alex Wagner Tonight’ joins us to talk about what she’s hearing on the ground and Democratic fears about a 2016 repeat.
And in headlines: The head of Trump’s transition team outs himself as an anti-vaxxer on CNN, Republican Vice Presidential Nominee J.D. Vance joined Joe Rogan for a three-hour interview, and inflation continues to cool.

The discussion tackles everything from the dynamics of intimacy in long-term relationships, the importance of mental stimulation in attraction, and the weird ways modern men and women navigate love, Bill’s rules on when to eat, generational divides in dating— how millennials and Gen Z struggle with communication due to technology, and dating apps, “keeping the like alive” in relationships, emotional honesty, and why absence can be more important than presence. On the heavier side, they discuss the fallout from the pandemic, personal autonomy in healthcare decisions, skepticism, and how political ideology affects friendships today.

Dr. Phil and Bill Maher agree and disagree, as per usual on a ton of topics, including on how to feel good, the importance of toeing the line in art, the challenges posed by bureaucracy and regulations, particularly in industries like entertainment and energy (solar anyone?). They get serious about stupidity on campuses, Israel, and the reactions on university campuses and moral equivalency. And fittingly, they end on the finite nature of life.

Introducing Understanding RSV in Older Adults: Risks, Symptoms, and Prevention from Health Discovered.
Follow the show: Health Discovered
Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) is often thought of as a childhood illness, but it poses a significant threat to older adults as well. According to the CDC, RSV infected approximately 65 million people globally last year, leading to an estimated 160,000 hospitalizations among adults aged 60 and older. What does RSV look like in adults, and what symptoms should you be vigilant about? In this episode, we are joined by Dr. Kizzmekia Corbett-Helaire, a renowned vaccinologist and assistant professor at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, who breaks down the risks, ongoing vaccine development, and prevention strategies for vulnerable populations, particularly older adults. We also hear from Irene, who, at 69-years of age, experienced severe, unfamiliar, cold-like symptoms that ultimately led to an unexpected RSV diagnosis.
