Vegan activists Steven Power and Murray Noseworthy chat about the many benefits of choosing to avoid animal products. Steven has been a vegan for 34 years. His partner Murray made the switch 5 years ago after being a vegetarian for many years. Both have a lot to say on the health and ethical reasons behind veganism.

Engaging in meaningful activity is huge for optimal mental health. This week, Max Flynn tells Annii about a hobby that keeps him and others active. His group of remote control vehicle enthusiasts take 3-4 hour hikes on a regular basis with the machines they have built in improved over time. Max shares his thoughts on the benefits of having such a hobby.

Annii chats with yoga instructor Josy Arsenault on the topic of being kind and patient with ourselves throughout the changing tides of life. Josy teaches yoga at Nova Yoga in St. John's, Newfoundland.

Annii talks with Josh Sullivan on the relationship between strength training and mental health. Josh is a person trainer who runs MovementOne in Mount Pearl, NL. He discusses his journey to better health and the habits that lead to his success and positive attitude.
