In today’s episode, I welcome my dear friend, Emma Lovewell, an author, health and wellness expert, and the top-rated Peloton instructor for more than five years. Emma teaches cycling, dance, and strength classes to millions of devoted fans across the world.

Through her website, Live Learn Lovewell, she supports her community to cultivate an authentic, well-balanced life through healthy eating and movement. She recently released her first book, Live Learn Love Well, a memoir chronicling her incredible journey — from her childhood to taking the stage at Peloton.

In this conversation, Emma shares her personal journey and lessons from her upbringing, the leaps of faith she took in her career, and how she learned to live a life of progress, not perfection. We talk about goal setting, speaking your dreams into existence, and how to give yourself grace and patience along the way.
