Host Bill Donohue welcomes former New York Mets pitcher Dwight Gooden, and later talks about the passing of longtime Mets catcher Jerry Grote.

Host Hector Moquette began the show by recapping the opening weekend in baseball, focusing first on the New York Mets uninspired three games to begin the season. Then Hector touched on the New York Yankees and how they were doing after sweeping the Astros in Houston. Hector then took some listener calls and wrapped the first half talking a little New York Knicks basketball. The second half of the show started with the Knicks and later took more calls as the conversation reverted back to the Mets and Yankees.

Host Bill Donohue welcomes former New York Mets skipper Terry Collins and former Mets and Boston Red Sox pitcher Calvin Schiraldi.

Hosts Hector "from Washington Heights" Moquette and Eric "from Ronkonkoma" kicked off the show reacting to the recent comments by New York Mets owner Steve Cohen. Later, the guys talked about the New York Knicks recent run and whether they will be able to get completely healthy. Also discussed were the New York Yankees and the Gerrit Cole injury, as well as Marcus Stroman declining the opening-day start.

It was all about March Madness as hosts Mike Guidone and Chris Caputo welcomed two coaches with Long Island roots to discuss the “Big Dance.”

Former University of Albany Head Coach Will Brown and current Yale University coach James Jones joined the program to give their insights. Coach Jones discussed his upcoming first-round game against Auburn coming up this Friday and Coach Brown gave his insights on planning and preparation during his five NCAA tournament appearances.

Hosts Rob Fried and Hector Moquette open the show with an upbeat assessment of the New York Mets spring training progress, highlighting their potential to contend for a wildcard spot in the competitive National League. Switching gears, they turn their attention to the New York Yankees, recognizing the team's strong roster and even daring to predict a thrilling World Series showdown against the Los Angeles Dodgers.

The conversation then turns to basketball, with the hosts scrutinizing the New York Knicks reliance on Julius Randle and the crucial need for the team to stay healthy to avoid an early playoff exit. On the ice, both the New York Rangers and the New York Islanders are deemed ready for postseason success, with promising prospects of deep playoff runs for both teams.

However, frustration bubbles up when discussing the New York Giants offseason moves. The hosts express disappointment over the team's failure to secure key players like Saquon Barkley and Xavier McKinney, emphasizing the urgent need for the Giants to address their quarterback situation, perhaps by considering draft prospects like Michigan's J.J. McCarthy.
